A refined 3-car oak garage that combines generous vehicle storage with the practical charm of an integrated log store. With an internal garage floor area of 40.73 m² (438.48 sq ft) and an additional 7.60 m² (81.80 sq ft) provided by the log store, The Staffordshire offers a total of 48.33 m² (520.28 sq ft) of usable space. Designed to sit comfortably within both traditional and contemporary settings, it delivers everyday practicality alongside lasting architectural appeal.
Handcrafted from 100% European green oak and erected on a 230mm high brick plinth, the hipped catslide roof creates a lower ridge height, which may allow the structure to fall within permitted development guidelines, subject to planning requirements. The roof design also allows for optional loft flooring, providing valuable additional storage above without increasing the overall scale of the building.
Available with a wide range of finishes and add-ons including garage doors, windows, personnel doors, log stores, cladding and roof coverings. We also provide expert advice on groundworks, brickwork, staddle stones, and internal finishes, with installation available depending on location.

The Staffordshire is ideal for homeowners who value both form and function. The integrated log store is a traditional feature that adds visual interest while providing convenient storage for firewood or garden equipment, keeping outdoor spaces organised and accessible throughout the year.
Traditional mortise and tenon joints, substantial oak posts, and carefully proportioned framing ensure strength, durability, and visual balance. As the oak matures, it develops a rich natural patina that enhances the building’s character over time.
The hipped catslide garage roof keeps the overall profile discreet, making it particularly well suited to properties where planning considerations or neighbouring buildings influence design decisions.
The Staffordshire can be adapted to suit individual homes or professional projects. It can remain as a standalone triple garage with log store or be extended into additional bays, with options such as garage doors, windows, personnel access, or alternative storage configurations.
A wide choice of roof coverings, cladding options, ironmongery, and internal finishes allows the building to be tailored to its surroundings. Our team also provides guidance on groundworks and brickwork to ensure a cohesive and well-executed result.
We supply front and rear elevations to help you to visualise proportions and placement with confidence.
Every oak-framed garage and structure we build is crafted entirely from European green oak, with no softwood components used at any stage. Rafters, studs, posts, beams, and braces are all traditionally jointed and fully planed to ensure strength, accuracy, and ease of installation on site.
Built to the high standards expected, our buildings combine heritage craftsmanship with clean, considered detailing. Oak-framed buildings continue to enjoy renewed appreciation, and we are proud to create structures that offer lasting value, refined character, and enduring appeal.
